Anna Paquin Gets Naked (and Bloody) in ' True Blood ' Season Two

Season Two of "True Blood dvd box set" (now on DVD and Blu-ray) is when the show gave up trying to be a prestige drama and just settled for sex, gore and over-the-top, Southern-fried "N'awlins" accents. Not that there's anything wrong with that: There hasn't been this much blood-covered boobage on HBO since the days of "Tales from the Crypt dvds." This set will get you ready for the third season, which apparently features werewolves now, for some reason. Good luck dodging the "sexed-up 'Twilight'" label now, guys. Also in stores: -- Joss Whedon's hilarious "Dr. Horrible's Sing-A-Long Blog" -- the best thing to come out of the '07 writer's strike (save for Conan's beard) -- finally hits Blu-ray. Superheroes. Neil Patrick Harris singing. Felicia Day in HD. What more could you want? -- "Community"'s Donald Glover stars with his Derrick Comedy group in "Mystery Team," a sharp parody of the kid detective genre. It's about time someone took cocky crime-fighters, like Encyclopedia Brown and Sally, down a couple of pegs. -- Now that "The Road" is available for home viewing, you can be horribly depressed in close proximity to the refrigerator. You're going to need a lot of nachos and beer to get through this one. (That's if the cannibalism scenes don't put you off eating forever.)
